• Pets (1 dog only per room except s/c flat) Free
• Infant Cot Free

Our rooms are priced without breakfast as we find many visitors prefer this and plan a breakfast stop as part of their day out.

All the rooms are provided with TV, tea & coffee making facilities including complimentary tea, coffee, milk & sugar.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily in the dining room between 08:00 - 09:00 or earlier by arrangement. We provide 2 main choices but are happy to vary these :-

• Juice, Cereal, Toast, Tea & Coffee £3.95
   
• All the above plus a full cooked breakfast £6.95

Self Catering Flat

All linen is provided in the price. The flat also has a divan couch which pulls out to make a small double bed.

• January - March £210 per week
   
• April - May £260 per week
   
• June - August £290 per week
   
• September - December £210 per week

Terms & Conditions:

A credit Card is required to confirm bookings, we will not charge your card until the completion of your stay unless you cancel. Cancellation terms :- Over 24hrs before the day of arrival - no charge, less than 24hrs before the day of arrival will be charged at 1 nights stay.
